Outside viewers are free and unlimited on every plan. Prices are in US dollars. Cancel any time.

How does the free trial work?
Your firm gets Business for 14 days free. Invite your team, build rooms and invite outside viewers, exactly as on a paid plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Everyone can still read what is there. To add new rooms, files or people, choose a plan in Settings.
Do outside viewers count as team members?
No. Team members are the people at your firm who build rooms. Outside viewers are free and unlimited on every plan.
What happens if we reach a limit?
Shera tells you which limit you reached. Everything already in your rooms keeps working; choose a bigger plan to add more.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time in Settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens to our files if we leave?
Download each room as one zip file with its index and activity record before you go. After that, your files are deleted as described in our privacy policy.
